DOMINO'S DELIVERY

Why won't the system accept my delivery address?

Our delivery areas are based on the area in which we believe we can deliver hot and fresh pizzas. If you address does not come up, it’s likely that you are too far from our local store for delivery. We are always looking at new delivery technologies and new store locations, so we can serve even more customers!

Why does the tracker show my pizza has been delivered when it hasn't?

Whilst technology is usually our friend, sometimes it doesn’t work as we would like it to. If you think your tracker may be showing an error, please contact your local store for an accurate status update of your order. You can find your store’s phone number using our store finder - Domino's Pizza (dominos.co.nz)

Why am I being charged an ‘Extended Delivery Fee’?

This fee (which typically ranges from $4.95 – $18.99) only applies to a small number of deliveries that are outside the normal delivery zone for a store, where otherwise it would not be possible for a store to deliver. It ensures we can continue to deliver delicious pizzas straight to your door. Different stores may have different fees applicable to their extended delivery. If this fee applies to your order, it will be clearly displayed at the checkout.

PRICING, VOUCHERS AND DEALS

Why are the prices more for delivery?

At Domino’s, our goal is always to offer the best value pizzas in town, so we believe customers should have the option of choosing between pick up or delivery. Our delivery pricing considers the extra costs of labour and fuel charges required for a delivery. We cover this cost partly in the price of the first pizza delivered and then a discount is applied to further pizzas after that to reward customers that order more.

Can I use vouchers in the store?

Some of our vouchers are for use both in our stores and online. Check the terms and conditions of your specific voucher first.

Where can I find a voucher or deal?

To find our best offers, head to the Domino’s app. You can also sign up for our VIP club to get the best deals sent to you directly via email and/or SMS Subscribe to the VIP Club - Domino's Pizza (dominos.co.nz)

I have a voucher for a free pizza but it doesn't work for delivery?

Please check the terms and conditions of your voucher. Many of our vouchers are free for pick-up, however to order delivery have to meet our minimum delivery spend of $22*(NZ). We recommend heading to the Domino’s App to find our best delivery deals.

Why am I being charged an extra surcharge?

In order for us to supply the best customer service and experience we may include surcharges such as a Christmas Day Surcharge. For more information about our pricing, visit: About Pricing at Domino's (www.dominos.co.nz)

What is a merchant fee?

Many of our stores are locally owned and operated. To cover the cost of the processing fee, a small EFTPOS surcharge will be applied to all in-store transactions. Clear signage will be displays that indicates this fee. This is present in selected stores only.

At Domino’s, we are passionate about doing the right thing because it’s the right thing to do.
