We start with flour, water and yeast which we mix together in a perfect combination.
There are two proof stages to the Classic Crust. The first is when we make it and let it gently rise at room temperature, then we put it in the fridge to proof overnight.
Proofing relaxes the gluten which gives us a beautiful soft dough with great taste.
The end result? A beautiful crispy crust with a soft and light centre. Domino’s Classic Crust base is a base for all pizza lovers.
